TEMPLETON — Residents will have a chance to weigh in on a proposal to convert the former Baldwinville Elementary School building into a mixed-income housing complex. A presentation and public input session is scheduled to air on the TCTV YouTube channel at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 8.
